Grant-makers
Run your grant programs,
from call to impact.
A fully customizable, white-label platform for foundations, public funders and grant programs: applications, expert review, awards, milestone reports, spend tracking and impact dashboards, all in one place. Launch-ready in a day.
DIE HERAUSFORDERUNG
Grants shouldn’t run on email and spreadsheets.
Applications arrive in inboxes, reviews live in scattered files, and milestone reports, receipts and payments are tracked by hand, so showing where the money went, and what it achieved, takes weeks. The more grants you fund, the harder it gets.
GRANT MANAGEMENT
Follow every grant from award to impact.
Turn each award into a clear plan of milestones, reports and payments, and see every grantee’s progress, all in one place.
Illustrative sample: your grantees, your milestones, your funds.
THE WHOLE GRANT CYCLE
From call to award to impact, in one place.
1. Call
Publish grant calls and collect applications
Launch branded calls on your own domain with custom application forms and eligibility questions, and collect every application, attachment and budget in one place, no inbox required.
2. Review
Score applications with expert evaluators
Assign applications to internal and external evaluators, score them against your criteria with custom scorecards, and compare and rank them consistently before your board decides.
3. Award
Turn awards into milestone plans
Set up each grant as a structured plan of milestones, deliverables and reporting deadlines. Grantees submit progress reports and forms on schedule, and you see at a glance who is on track.
4. Track funds
Track spending and collect documents
Track disbursements and how funds are used, grantee by grantee, and keep receipts, contracts and deliverables in each grantee’s profile, ready when an auditor or donor asks.
5. Engage
Support your grantee community
Run info sessions, webinars and peer-learning events in one place, gather feedback with post-event surveys, and keep grantees, evaluators and mentors connected.
6. Measure
Report impact across your portfolio
Measure what your grants achieve with real-time dashboards and custom KPIs: outputs, outcomes and impact indicators aggregated across every grantee, ready for your board and donors.
INTEGRIERT
Made for the way grant-makers work.
One platform for the full grant cycle, flexible enough for foundations, public funders and cascade-funding programs, structured enough to report to your board and donors.
