Connect your calendar once, and program events and coaching sessions appear on your own agenda automatically. For mentors, it also means people can only book you when you’re genuinely free.<\/em><\/p>\n

Connect your calendar<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Click your avatar<\/strong> (top-right) and choose Profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Open the Settings<\/strong> tab, then Calendario<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Under Meeting preferences<\/strong>, connect Google Calendar<\/strong> or Outlook<\/strong> and authorize the connection.<\/li>\n
  4. Under Meeting App<\/strong>, connect your video tool (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) so booked sessions automatically include a meeting link.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once linked, you’ll see a “Connected!”<\/strong> status.<\/p>\n

    What syncing gives you<\/h3>\n

    • Events and sessions you’re part of appear on your calendar, with an email invite.<\/li>\n
    • For mentors, your free\/busy availability drives the time slots others can book.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
