As an evaluator, scoring is quick: open an application, read the answers, and rate it against each criterion. Here’s the flow.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Open the responses<\/h3>\n

Go to Admin Panel \u2192 Applications<\/strong> and select Responses<\/strong> for the application. The dashboard lets you filter, search and sort by Rating<\/strong>, with columns for Venture, Applicant, Date, Rating, Tags and Status.<\/p>\n

2. Open an application<\/h3>\n

Click a venture or applicant name to open the full submission \u2014 every answer and uploaded file, laid out for review.<\/p>\n

3. Score each criterion<\/h3>\n

In the right-hand Application Details<\/strong> panel, under Your score<\/strong>, give a star rating for each criterion<\/strong>. Babele combines them into a weighted Overall<\/strong> as you go.<\/p>\n

4. Record a decision<\/h3>\n

If you have the rights, use Accept round 1<\/strong> or Reject<\/strong> to record an outcome \u2014 or E-mail<\/strong> \/ Schedule<\/strong> to reach the applicant directly.<\/p>\n

Scores stay private<\/strong> You won’t see other evaluators’ scores, and they won’t see yours. Admins reconcile everyone’s ratings through the “Scores by evaluators” view.<\/div>\n
