Sessions are booked right inside Babele \u2014 calendars, invites and meeting links are handled for you. You can start from an application, a venture, or a member’s profile.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Open the scheduler<\/h3>\n

Select Schedule<\/strong> (on an application’s details panel, or from a venture or member profile) to open the Schedule a Meet<\/strong> window.<\/p>\n

2. Add the details<\/h3>\n

Give the meeting a title<\/strong> and description, and add participants using Search for users<\/strong> or Search directory<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Add a location or link<\/h3>\n

Add a physical location<\/strong> and\/or a meeting link<\/strong> \u2014 or simply tick Generate meeting invite link<\/strong> to create a video link automatically.<\/p>\n

4. Pick a time<\/h3>\n

On the week calendar, click a one-hour slot, or click and drag to set any duration<\/strong> \u2014 or enter the date and time manually. Only times when the other person is free are offered, based on their synced calendar.<\/p>\n

5. Confirm<\/h3>\n

Select Confirm<\/strong>. The session lands on everyone’s calendar with the meeting link attached.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1 Close the loop<\/strong> After the session, use its chat thread to follow up and complete your feedback or notes \u2014 these feed into the program’s mentoring reports.<\/div>\n
