A program’s framework is the structured curriculum every venture works through \u2014 sections (milestones) that contain topics (lessons and activities). Here’s how to build one.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Create or edit the program<\/h3>\n

Go to Admin Panel \u2192 Programs<\/strong> and select Create new Program<\/strong>ou Edit<\/strong> an existing one. Each program in the list carries its own actions \u2014 Edit, People, KPIs, Plan, Duplicate, Hide<\/strong> and Delete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Add sections (milestones)<\/h3>\n

Build the backbone of the curriculum by adding sections<\/strong> \u2014 the major milestones a venture moves through.<\/p>\n

3. Add topics within each section<\/h3>\n

Inside each section, add topics<\/strong> \u2014 the individual lessons and activities. For each topic you’ll set up its learning content<\/strong> (guidance, videos, documents) and, where the venture must produce something, its activity<\/strong> (the deliverable).<\/p>\n

4. Set privacy and visibility<\/h3>\n

Choose the privacy<\/strong> of each item and whether the program is visible to participants.<\/p>\n

5. Save<\/h3>\n

Once saved, the framework appears inside every participating venture’s Programas<\/strong> tab, ready for them to work through.<\/p>\n

The Programs tab is central.<\/strong> It’s where ventures find their curriculum, complete activities and submit deliverables \u2014 so a well-structured framework shapes their whole experience.<\/div>\n
