What happens after you submit your application

Submitted your application? Here’s exactly what happens next — and what to keep an eye on.

1. Your application is received. Its status changes from Draft to Submitted, and the program team can now see your answers, files and documents.
2. It’s evaluated. Your application may pass through one or more evaluation rounds, where assigned reviewers score it against the program’s published criteria.
3. You may hear from the team. Some programs request more information or invite you to an interview before deciding.
4. You get a decision. You’ll be notified of the outcome by email — programs write their own acceptance and rejection messages.

If you’re accepted #

The moment you’re accepted, Babele automatically creates your venture profile and adds you — and any teammates you invited — to the community, with access to the program’s activities. You’re also given the role the program assigns to accepted applicants (usually Founder).
