Case Study — Design Challenge
The Biomimicry Youth Design Challenge (BYDC) is a global educational program that invites student teams to develop nature-inspired solutions to sustainability challenges connected to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Organized by the POCACITO Network and originally launched by The Biomimicry Institute, the challenge brings together students, educators, and mentors from around the world.
Using Babele’s Application Management component, organizers manage the full participation process through a centralized platform. Student teams of two to eight participants, supported by an adult coach, register and submit their applications online, providing details about their project ideas and sustainability focus.
