We will pursue the analysis by presenting a small but increasing number of organizations that are growing into the next stage of consciousness. We will delve into the three fundamental aspects of this new paradigm: Self-management, Wholeness and Evolutionary purpose.

3. Inspiring Examples

We will go through a carefully selected series of examples, case studies, videos’ excerpts regarding Lean practices, with a particular focus on large orgs. We will look at several aspects of an organization functioning: from hiring/firing, to decision making, compensation, planning & budgets, etc.
