About the project

What UnlockEquality sets out to do.

  • Raise awareness of gender equality among employees, managers and educators.
  • Strengthen the ability of companies and educators to identify and address gender inequality, using practical tools and guidelines.
  • Support inclusive and diverse environments in workplaces and educational institutions, where gender equality is a core value.
  • Give adult educators the resources to teach how to recognise and address gender inequality.

  • Interactive educational games and pilot projects, so participants can test the tools and feed back into their development.

Bad practice repository

Real-world cases of gender inequality gathered across the partner countries, documenting everyday bias, exclusion and institutional gaps — and how to recognise them.

Interactive digital toolbox

A multilingual set of checklists, diagnostics and planning tools that support inclusive change in organisations, grounded in European legal standards.

Equality training modules

Modular learning content that trains managers and staff on workplace rights and inclusive policies, moving organisations from compliance to culture change.

Sustainability and transfer plan

A long-term strategy for embedding the tools into equality work, adult education programmes and public policy networks across Europe.
