It depends on whether you’ve submitted yet.
While your application is still a Draft, you can edit it freely — just remember to Save as you go, and submit when it’s ready.
Once you Submit, the program team can see your responses, and you generally can’t change them yourself. If you need to update something, contact the program organizer — depending on the program and whether the round is still open, they may be able to reopen your application or accept an update.
Review before you submit. Submitting locks your answers, so it’s worth a final check — your uploads especially.
