Two form-builder controls make your application smarter: required questions, and questions that appear only when relevant.
1. Open the form builder #
In Admin Panel → Applications, edit your application and open the form (Edit form), or create one with Create new form.
2. Make a question mandatory #
On a question, turn on the required setting. Applicants will see it marked as mandatory and cannot submit until it is answered.
3. Add conditional logic #
Set a question to appear only when an earlier answer matches a condition you choose — so applicants see follow-up questions only when relevant (for example, asking for incorporation details only if they answered that they are incorporated).
4. Save #
Save the form; changes apply everywhere the form is used.
Keep it lean. Use conditional logic to hide irrelevant questions rather than asking everyone everything — shorter forms get more completed applications.
