Once evaluators have scored, here is how to compare their ratings, decide, and let applicants know.
1. Compare scores #
On an application, open the Scores by evaluators view to see each evaluator’s ratings side by side, alongside the weighted Overall. Because evaluators cannot see each other’s scores, this admin view is where the picture comes together.
2. Decide #
Use Accept or Reject to record an outcome for each applicant — or process a batch from the Responses dashboard’s Actions menu.
3. Notify applicants #
Outcomes are communicated using the Accepted and Rejected emails you set up on the application, so applicants are informed with your wording. On acceptance, the applicant’s venture profile is created and they join the assigned program.
