Run your program’s workshops, webinars and sessions from the Events page โ with calendar sync built in.
1. Add an event #
Select Add new Event and set the title, description, date/time and invitees.
2. Attach a meeting link #
Attach an online meeting (for example Zoom or Teams) so attendees get a join link.
3. Choose visibility #
Decide whether it’s an open event (members opt in) or a direct, invitation-only event.
4. Publish #
Invitations sync to attendees’ calendars automatically. The event appears under Upcoming Events, then moves to Past Events afterwards.
Better turnout. Because invitations sync to personal calendars, the event sits in people’s own agendas โ link and all โ which tends to lift attendance.
