As a mentor, you support assigned ventures by reviewing their work and giving feedback. Here’s the loop.
1. Find your ventures #
Find your assigned ventures via My stuff (your profile) or the venture directory.
2. Introduce yourself #
Open a venture and say hello on its Home feed.
3. Review and give feedback #
In the venture’s Programs tab, review a submitted deliverable; add feedback / coaching notes and, where you have rights, approve/validate it.
4. Coach and follow up #
Use Schedule to book a coaching session, and afterwards wrap up with feedback that feeds the program’s mentoring reports.
Feedback feeds reporting. Your feedback and approvals flow into the program’s mentoring reports, so the program team can see the support each venture is getting.
