Connect your calendar once, and program events and coaching sessions appear on your own agenda automatically. For mentors, it also means people can only book you when you’re genuinely free.
Connect your calendar #
- Click your avatar (top-right) and choose Profile.
- Open the Settings tab, then Calendar.
- Under Meeting preferences, connect Google Calendar or Outlook and authorize the connection.
- Under Meeting App, connect your video tool (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) so booked sessions automatically include a meeting link.
Once linked, you’ll see a “Connected!” status.
What syncing gives you #
- Events and sessions you’re part of appear on your calendar, with an email invite.
- For mentors, your free/busy availability drives the time slots others can book.
🔒 Your privacy is respected Only your free/busy availability is used for scheduling. The titles and details of your personal calendar events are never visible to anyone on Babele.
