Activities are what a venture submits for a topic — a structured deliverable you define in advance.
1. Define the activity template #
In a topic, open the Activity tab and define the template — the questions or prompts, the inputs you expect, and any file attachments the venture should provide.
2. Set feedback and approval rights #
Choose who can give feedback and approve the work (mentors and/or program staff), and set the item’s privacy.
3. Save #
The venture completes the activity from its Programs tab. Once submitted, it can be reviewed, given feedback, and approved.
Clear templates pay off. A specific set of prompts and a defined output makes deliverables easier to complete — and far easier to evaluate consistently across a cohort.
