In a venture’s Programs tab, gated sections show a Locked badge on the framework outline.

2. Unlock the next stage #
When you’re satisfied the work meets the bar, unlock the next stage so the venture can proceed.
Why use stage gates? They keep a cohort rigorous — ventures can’t rush ahead until their work has been reviewed and approved.
